Coaching / Teaching
When I'm not onstage myself I enjoy helping others pursue their performance dreams. After graduating from UW - Eau Claire with a B.A in Theatre Arts with an Emphasis in Theatre for Youth / Education, I have worked with various organizations around the country teaching students of all ages the magic of theatre.
I have taught as part of serveral theatre education programs. Courses I have taught include:
Intro to Acting, Intro to Singing, Private Voice Lessons, Audition Prep, Intro to Technical Theatre, Intro to Theatre History, Focus (Character Analysis), Puppetry, as well as various summer camp programs and directing productions with students.
If you are interested in learning more about my teaching contact me via my contact page.
I offer private coaching for students of all ages - whether in person or via the internet - I love helping students take their work to the next level. If you are preparing monologues, songs, or just in need of audition preparation and advice click here for more information about my Acting & Voice Studio.
Workshops / Classes:
One area of my training is in a field called Drama in Education - which involves using Drama Techniques to teach other concepts (history, language arts, music, etc.) I also am willing to provide feedback for teachers looking at ways to expand their knowledge of Drama Games and Activities.
I also offer master classes in musical theatre, monologue, audition preparation, and technical theatre. If you are interested in scheduling a Master Class or Workshop, let me know!
